We offer a full range of services for preparing political asylum cases in the U.S. Our immigration specialists and paralegals help you craft your personal story, gather supporting evidence, and prepare an up-to-date Country Conditions Report relevant to your home country.
Our mission is to support individuals facing persecution, violence, or threats to their safety in their home country. We understand that the asylum process can be complex and stressful, which is why our team is committed to guiding you at every step.
We strictly adhere to confidentiality principles, ensuring that all personal information and communications remain fully secure.
Cost: $3,000 – $4,500. This includes case preparation, drafting of your story, creation of a Country Conditions Report, translations, form assistance, and consultation with an immigration specialist prior to your interview.
Important: This cost does not include legal services, which can be provided separately by third-party providers**, such as deportation defense, representation in immigration court, USCIS or court interpreter services, or other legal services.
Filing for asylum requires completing Form I-589, designed for individuals in the U.S. seeking protection due to persecution or danger in their home country. This form requires a detailed description of your persecution history and justification for asylum.
We understand that completing Form I-589 can be complex and requires careful attention and English proficiency. Our team provides professional guidance and support.
Note: This service does not include case preparation for asylum itself, only support with translation and completion of the form.
Eligible individuals, such as those awaiting or under review for an asylum interview or decision, may apply for Form I-765 to obtain an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). An EAD allows foreign nationals to work legally in the U.S. for a set period, usually one or two years, with the possibility of renewal if the applicant’s status remains valid.
All non-U.S. citizens residing in the United States must notify USCIS of any address changes using Form AR-11 within 10 days of moving.
If your case is under review in immigration court, you must also notify the court using Form EOIR-33 within 5 working days. Proper notification ensures the court can send correspondence, such as interview notices or decisions, to the correct address.
Our team of certified translators specializes in immigration and non-immigration documents. We ensure that all documents are accurately and professionally translated into English, preserving the meaning and importance of your materials.
